How Do I Create a General Note For a Patient

How do I create a general note for a patient

General notes in Ambiki are used to provide flexibility for capturing a wide range of patient-related information, from updates to observations.
Here is an example of a general note an Occupational Therapist might create: “Today's occupational therapy session was highly productive. The patient displayed improved dexterity and fine motor skills, especially in tasks related to daily living. They demonstrated independence in activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming and dressing, and were able to adapt to their assistive devices more effectively.”
