We are pleased to announce the introduction of a new tab that allows organization admins (or users with the relevant permissions) to efficiently manage and configure payroll settings for their organization. This new tab provides a centralized location to configure the following payroll-related settings:

  1. Payroll Period:
    • Admins can now select the desired payroll period frequency for their organization, choosing from weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly options using a radio select.
    • Based on the selected payroll period, admins can specify the start and end dates for each period:
      • Weekly: Select the end date day of the week (e.g., Friday), and the start date will be automatically set to the day one week prior.
      • Bi-weekly: Choose the end date day of the week (e.g., Friday), and the start date will be automatically set to the day two weeks prior.
      • Semi-monthly: Select two end dates (e.g., 1st and 15th), and the start dates will be automatically set to follow each end date.
      • Monthly: Choose the end date (e.g., 1st, 15th, or the last day of the month), and the start date will be automatically set to follow the end date.
  2. Lock Date:
    • Admins can now configure the lock date for their organization's payroll period, preventing unintended changes after a specific date.

With these new configuration options, organizations can optimize their payroll operations and provide a more efficient experience for their employees.
Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
