In this release, we have implemented a robust and automated system for calculating and managing payments owed to per-session therapists within the organization. This enhancement ensures accurate and timely compensation while providing a comprehensive overview of payroll data for administrative purposes.


Key Features:

  1. Automated Payroll Calculation:
    • The system is designed to automatically calculate payments for per-session therapists based on sessions and services rendered, incorporating the organization's varying pay rates.
    • It computes the amounts due to each per-session team member for the payroll period and generates an invoice for each therapist.
  2. Cached Organization-Level Payroll Table:
    • A cached organization-level payroll table has been introduced, allowing quick access to historical payroll data, including payments, sessions, and services.
    • This eliminates the need for real-time recalculation or processing, ensuring efficient data retrieval.
  3. Automated Payroll Processing:
    • Payroll processing is now automated to occur post-lock date, ensuring timely and accurate compensation.
    • Upon payroll run, per-session therapists' invoices are generated and stored, and the organization-level payroll data is calculated and saved.
  4. Invoice Adjustment Functionality:
    • Post-payroll, the payroll administrator has the ability to adjust a per-session therapist's invoice, either positively or negatively, with accompanying notes.
    • The original content of an invoice remains unchanged, ensuring transparency and audit trails.
    • Any adjustments necessitate a recalculation of the organization-level payroll record, ensuring data consistency.
  5. Ledger Integration:
    • The payroll system seamlessly updates the ledger system, ensuring each user has their own ledger for tracking monetary transactions.
    • Strict adherence to best practices for handling monetary transactions is maintained throughout the process.
