How to create a School Plan? 

 

To create a school plan, ensure you are signed in to Ambiki and on the main dashboard: 

 

 






2. Select the patient that you would like to create the school plan for by clicking on their name. 

 

 

 

 


3.Towards the left side of the page, click on ‘School plans’.   

 

 

 

 




4. On the top right-hand corner, click on ‘Add a school plan’. 

 

 

 

 




5. You will have the choice of two options - You can manually add a school plan or extract a school plan from a pdf document. Click on ‘Select’ under any option once you’ve made your choice. 

 

 

 

 




6. To manually add a school plan, fill in the form as needed.  

 

 

 




7. On the bottom right-hand corner click on ‘Save school plan’. 

 

 

 

 




8. To extract a school plan from a pdf document, upload a valid IEP document in pdf form. 

 

 

 

 




9. On the bottom right-hand corner click on ‘Save and upload’ and a school plan will be automatically generated for you. 

 

 

 

 




10.  In case of any errors encountered during step 9 above, you will be given a chance to manually add any missing information.
