How to edit, print or delete a Caseload
Ensure you are signed in to Ambiki and on the main dashboard.
- On the left navigation, click on ‘Caseloads’.
- Select the Caseload that you want to edit, print or delete.
- Click on ‘Actions’ on the top right of the Caseload and choose Edit, Print or Delete.
To ‘Edit’ a Caseload:
You have the option to edit a Caseload name, description, therapist, and/or patients.
To add or remove patients from the caseload:

- Select the Caseload that you want to edit.
- Click on ‘Actions’ on the top right of the Caseload and choose ‘Edit’.
- Filter patients by district, school, or discipline.
- View all patients, view patients not currently assigned to a caseload, or view only selected patients.
- Search for patients by typing in their name.
- Filter patients by district, school, or discipline.

‘Check the box’ on the left side of each patient to ‘add’ them to a Caseload.

‘Uncheck the box’ on the left side of each patient to ‘remove’ them from a Caseload.

‘Save caseload’ at the bottom right.

To ‘Print’ a Caseload as a PDF:
- Select the Caseload that you want to edit.
- Click on ‘Actions’ on the top right of the Caseload and choose ‘Print’.
- Click on the top right ‘Printer Icon’.

On the ‘print preview’ page, select ‘Save as PDF’ under ‘Destination’.
