How do I add a School Plan?

• Click 'Patients' on the left side navigation bar
  
  

• Select a patient to access their profile.
  
  
  

• Click on 'School plans' and select '+Add a school plan'.

• You can manually add a school plan or extract a school plan from a pdf.
  
  

• Depending on the option you chose in the step above, save your school plan.
