In Ambiki, all clinical documents contain a Comments section where a user is able to make comments internally on the document (not appearing on the note itself). Users can also tag other teammates, for example if a supervisor is reviewing an evaluation and leaves a comment for the CF to add additional information to a specific section. If tagged in a comment, the user will receive a notification in their notification center. Comments do not become part of the clinical document. 

In the top right hand corner of documents, you will find the comment section icon.

Once clicked, it will expand the comments section.
