How Do I Use the 'Important Notes Field' in the Patient Profile 

 

To use the notes field for a patient, ensure you are signed in to Ambiki and on the main dashboard:  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.Choose the patient whose ‘important notes’ you'd like to edit by clicking on their name. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Click on ‘Actions’ on the top right-hand side and select ‘Edit’. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Under ‘General Info’, you can now edit the important notes field for your patient. Click on the ‘Save patient’ button to save the information. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Information entered in the important notes field will be highlighted in yellow in the patient profile, ensuring that crucial patient details, such as allergies, seizures, contraindications, swallowing difficulties, or behavioral issues, are immediately visible.
