In addition to viewing documentation located in the patient's profile there are several documentation dashboards an administrator can visit to view all of the documentation at the practice.

To access them, click on the organization Admin button at the top right-hand corner of your screen (icon below)

Select 'Dashboards'

From here, you can view documentation practice wide.

You can also use Filters to search by Discipline, Therapist, or Patient
