McNabb Feeding Therapy LLC is a private practice that provides feeding therapy to infants, children, and teenagers either within their home setting or through telehealth. Kaitlyn McNabb is the owner of the company and she is a pediatric speech-language pathologist and certified lactation consultant. She provides assessment and treatment for medically complex infants, children, and adolescents with feeding and swallowing disorders. Treatment outcomes include improving comfortability with eating/drinking, increasing volume intake, expanding food repertoire (picky eater), reducing episodes of choking, progressing to an age-appropriate diet (e.g., solids, purees), transitioning to age-appropriate modalities (e.g., cup drinking, spoon feeding). 

Feeding therapy within the patient's natural environment increases the likelihood of generalization of skills to his or her every day environment. In addition, parents do not need to leave their home and bring their child to a facility with germs from other children.
