Comment‑Save Fix in Plan of Care
 This update fixes an issue where a comment was not saved when a long‑term goal was updated in a plan of care.
🛠️ Fix - Teammate Anniversaries Module Display Fix

 📅 Date range affected: 4/15 – 4/17
 ❗ Issue: Patients and legal guardians with a Patient Portal account were incorrectly displayed in the teammate anniversaries module on the homepage.

Email Confirmation Guidance for Updated Patient Addresses
When a therapist updates a patient’s email address, a new message now explains that the patient must confirm the new email before the change takes effect, ensuring HIPAA compliance and clearer guidance for therapists.

 📢 What’s new?: If an appointment reminder is rejected due to an invalid phone number or a handset that can’t receive SMS messages, the reason will be displayed in the patient’s communication log record.
