We have improved the Authorization Show Page to provide additional information on why an authorization might be flagged for attention. Now, users can view detailed reasons for why an authorization does not have a replacement or future pending authorization. This includes:
- Reasons for lacking a future pending authorization, such as billing code mismatches or incorrect status and dates.
- Reasons for an authorization being invalid, such as end dates being in the past or no remaining visits for approved statuses.
This update aims to give users clearer insights and actionable information to manage authorizations more effectively. Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
