Improved Visit Note Signing for Expired Plans of Care
We’ve improved the handling of visit notes when a patient’s Plan of Care is expired but was still valid for the date of the visit. This ensures smooth signing of notes for past visits.

Access to Unfilled Intake Documents
Therapists can now view and print intake documents, even if they haven’t been filled out by the parent or legal guardian.

Facility Billing Service Rate Bug Fix
A bug affecting past invoices due to facility billing service rates has been fixed, ensuring accurate billing across all past transactions.

ERA Claim Filter Issue Fixed
We resolved an issue where no data was returned when filtering ERA claim details by a date of service range. This fix ensures accurate results when filtering.

Patient Diagnosis Codes Saving Fix
Updates have been made to ensure that valid patient diagnosis codes for evaluations can be saved without causing errors.

Accurate Charge Values for Multiple Services
Patient invoicing has been updated to correctly display charge values when multiple services are defined using the same billing code.

Prevent Deletion of Payment Methods with Linked Invoices
Patient payment methods that are linked to existing invoices can no longer be deleted, protecting invoice integrity.

Improved Error Feedback Across Ambiki
We’ve enhanced the error feedback system, providing clearer and more detailed error messages when issues occur while signing documents, helping users troubleshoot more effectively.

Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
