🛠️ Fix - Therapist Calendar Colors Are Unique


👥 Audience: Admins/office managers, especially at larger practices

📅 Date range affected: N/A (ongoing since "Color by therapist" was introduced)

❗ Issue: On the organization's shared calendar (Organization > Edit Organization > Calendar Colors), when colors were set to display by therapist, some therapists could end up with the same color, making it hard to tell them apart at a glance.

✅ Action Steps: No action needed — colors will automatically update to be unique the next time the calendar loads.

🛠️ Fix - Patient Balances Report Can Be Refreshed and Printed as a PDF


👥 Audience: Admins, Billing staff

❗ Issue: The patient balances report updated only once a day, so it could show out of date balances.

✅ Action Steps: None. A "Refresh data" link now appears next to the last updated time on the patient balances tab, and Print now produces a PDF.

🛠️ Fix - Duplicate Phone Numbers Are Clearly Identified on Intake Forms


👥 Audience: Parents and guardians using the patient portal

❗ Issue: When the same phone number was entered for more than one contact on an intake form, the form could not be saved.

✅ Action Steps: None. If a number belongs to more than one person, the form now explains that each number can only be assigned to one person.
