🛠️ Fix – Calendar V2 Event Loading Consistency

- ❗ Issue: We’ve fixed an issue that, in certain edge cases, caused Calendar V2 to not load all events properly. With this update, events should now load consistently, resulting in a more reliable and seamless calendar experience.

🛠️ Fix – Skilled Interventions When No Active Plan of care
- 👥 Audience: All users
- ❗ Issue: Fixed an issue where we incorrectly handled situations when there is no active, signed plan of care for a visit note when a user tries to add skilled interventions.

🛠️ Fix – Schedule V2 Double-Load on Day Navigation
- 👥 Audience: All
- 📅 Date range affected: May 14th
- ❗ Issue: Under certain circumstances in Schedule V2, using the next/previous day button in the admin calendar caused a double load behind the scenes, slowing performance. This update eliminates the extra load for smoother navigation.
