New Standalone Permissions for Document Invalidation

  • New permissions have been created for invalidating documents. For each document type, if you do not have the respective manage permission, you must have the corresponding invalidate permission:

    • Visit Note: invalidateVisitNote

    • Evaluation: invalidateEvaluation

    • Progress Report: invalidateProgressReport

    • Plan of Care: invalidateCarePlan

    • Assessment: invalidateAssessment

    • Discharge: invalidateDischarge

  • Note: These permissions will not be added automatically to existing permission groups. Organizations must manually add them to the groups they want to grant this ability.

Evaluation Bug Fix

  • Fixed an error that occurred when deleting diagnosis codes from an evaluation, ensuring the evaluation can now be saved without issues.

Fax Linking to Patient Document Bundles

  • Incoming faxes can now be linked to patient document bundles, making it easier to retrieve and manage them within the patient profile.

Subscription Cancellation Requirement for Sole Admins

  • If you are the only admin in your organization and have an active subscription eligible for cancellation, you are now required to cancel the subscription before closing your account. This ensures there is always an active admin to manage subscriptions.

EDI 837P Update

  • Corrected EDI 837P files now require a reference number for improved processing accuracy.

Payment Method Deletion Update

  • The option to delete a payment method on the patient portal has been removed when the card cannot be deleted, preventing users from encountering deletion errors.

Enhanced Visit Notes Navigation

  • The "Visit notes" breadcrumb link now takes you directly to the Record Center with a filter applied to show only that patient’s visit notes, saving you time and clicks. (For those unfamiliar, a breadcrumb is a navigation aid that displays your current location within the application and lets you quickly return to a previous page.)

Calendar Event Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where deleted events were still appearing in the calendar.

  • Fixed a problem that caused events to duplicate when using drag-and-drop.

Patient Invoice Export and Count Fixes

  • Addressed an issue impacting a subset of users where exporting patient invoices to Excel failed under certain filter conditions.

  • Corrected a bug that occasionally caused the total patient invoice count to be overstated.

Caseload Page Sorting Fix

  • Fixed an issue with date column sorting on the caseload page for better data organization.

Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
