🛠️ Fix - Faster Calendar and Patient Portal Performance


👥 Audience: All users (therapists, admins, patient portal)

📅 Date range affected: August 25, 2026, ~2:44–2:53 PM ET (site unresponsive); slower pages before and after

❗ Issue: The site became unresponsive for several minutes and some pages loaded slowly afterward. We identified the areas placing the most load on the system — the calendar and the patient portal home page — and made them significantly faster.

✅ Action Steps: None. Refresh any calendar tabs that were left open to pick up the improvements.
