👩‍⚕️ Clinicians / Therapists

  • Anyone viewing custom form templates will see a clearer rich text area that no longer appears editable when entries cannot be saved.

🧑‍💼 Admins

  • Custom form sections will stay in the order arranged in the form editor, rich text components will display correctly in previews, and consolidated patient invoices can now be printed.

💳 Billers / Guardians

  • Billers: Patient invoices included in a consolidation can now be printed successfully.

  • Guardians/Patients: No direct changes.

🛠️ Fix - Custom Form Sections Stay in the Arranged Order

👥 Audience: Admins and staff who build custom form templates

📅 Date range affected: Since the layout designer was introduced

❗ Issue: A custom form could show its sections in a different order when previewing or viewing the saved template than the order arranged while editing. Newly added sections could also appear at the bottom of the arranged layout instead of where they were placed.

✅ Action Steps: If a saved template still shows sections out of order, open it in the form editor and click Save Template once. The order will match the editor from then on.

🛠️ Fix - Rich Text Areas No Longer Appear Editable in Custom Form Previews

👥 Audience: Anyone viewing a custom form template rich text component

❗ Issue: We fixed an issue where the rich text area on a custom form preview appeared to let you type into it, even though nothing could actually be saved there.

✅ Action Steps: None — this only affected what was displayed.

🛠️ Fix - Consolidated Patient Invoices Can Be Printed

👥 Audience: Admins, Billers

❗ Issue: Some patient invoices that were part of a consolidation could not be printed.

✅ Action Steps: None — printing these invoices now works. If a download previously failed, click Print again.

Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
