❗ Issue: When adding therapy activities with phonetic symbols (e.g. /ʃ/, /θ/) to visit notes, the wrong therapy activity could be selected.

🚀 New Feature - Search and filter templates when changing custom forms

🛠️ Steps to Access: Click "Change Form" on any custom form (evaluations, plans of care, discharges, etc.)

👥 Audience: All therapists using custom form documents (Plans of Care, Evaluations, etc.)

❗ Issue: In some cases, saving a document could result in duplicate goals appearing on the document.
✅ Action Steps: No action needed. Existing duplicate goals can be removed by the therapist from the patient's goals tab.

🛠️ Fix - Makeup Visits dashboard search, filters, numbers, and empty charts

❗ Issue: We fixed a few issues on the Makeup Visits dashboard. Search and filter options are now visible and working, large numbers now show with thousand separators (for example, 15,732 instead of 15732), and any chart that doesn't have data yet now displays a friendly placeholder instead of an empty graph.

🚀 New Feature - Custom invoice numbers for facility invoices

🛠️ Steps to Access: Requires "User can Manage all Facility Invoices for the Organization" permission + Professional plan
📢 What's new?: Facility invoices now support a custom invoice number. A suggested number is pre-filled when creating an invoice and can be edited inline from the invoice page, as long as no payment has been recorded.

❗ Issue: We fixed a few issues with "Offline" Autosave history on a new document issue and how the saved history is stored and displayed. The "Restore unsaved work?" window now also shows which form the saved drafts belong to.
