🛠️ Fix - PDF Documents and Spreadsheet Exports Generate Correctly

📅 Date range affected: Since the most recent platform update

❗ Issue: Some PDF documents (signed notes, superbills, document bundles) and spreadsheet exports could not be generated or downloaded.

✅ Action Steps: Signed document PDFs will attach automatically. If an export previously showed as failed, please run it again.

🛠️ Fix - Patient Statements Show the Correct Balance After Refunds

👥 Audience: Admins, Billers

❗ Issue: We fixed an issue where a patient statement could show an incorrect balance after a payment was refunded.

✅ Action Steps: None. Newly generated statements show the correct balance.

🚀 New Feature - Voice Dictation for Custom Form Documentation

👥 Audience: Therapists and staff who fill out documentation built on custom forms

🛠️ Steps to Access: Your organization must have voice dictation turned on. Your browser will ask permission to use the microphone the first time.

📢 What's new?: You can now dictate into your documentation instead of typing. Look for the small microphone in the top right corner of a text box, click it, and start talking once the button turns red — your words appear as text while you speak. Click the microphone again when you are done. For best results, let the button turn red before you begin speaking.

🛠️ Fix - Duplicate Subscription Invoices No Longer Appear

👥 Audience: Admins

❗ Issue: A subscription invoice could occasionally appear twice on the billing page, even though the customer was only charged once.

✅ Action Steps: None — duplicate invoices will no longer appear, and existing duplicates have been removed.
