• 🛠️ Steps to Access: Go to Schedule and open the event form.
• 📢 What’s New?: You can now select a location when creating an event! The location menu includes your organization’s facilities plus an “Other” option. Choosing a facility auto-fills the address; otherwise, enter it manually. Works for In-person, Teletherapy, and Other modes. 
  • When a visit note is attached to an event, it automatically inherits the location and duration from that event (unchanged for Ambiki-billed visits, which still pull from the treatment report).

• 📢 What’s New?: Per payer, choose to populate Box 32 on the CMS-1500 form with the event location. (Works only if the event location type is “FacilityClinic.”) Existing workflows using the billing provider’s address remain intact—Ambiki preserves your previous setting automatically.
