We've made several important updates to the Ledger and Payments sections in the patient profile:
- Soft-Delete Transfers: You can now soft-delete transfers for easier management.
- Patient-Level Aging Report: A new report has been added to the "Payments" tab, allowing you to track outstanding balances by patient.
- Invoice Status Fixes: We've corrected an issue with how the "paid" status was displayed on invoices, ensuring more accurate information.
- Service History Updates: The service history table now clearly shows the patient responsibility payer when applicable.
- Treatment Report Status Accuracy: We’ve improved the accuracy of treatment report statuses by ensuring updates happen after all records are fully committed.
- Patient Statement Enhancements: We've resolved some issues with patient statements and added a secondary sort option by Date of Service (DOS) for better organization.
- Ledger Entry Corrections: Ledger entries now accurately reflect patient responsibility amounts.
- Copayment Amounts Display: The patient payment method display page now includes copayment amounts for easier reference.
- New Badge for Payment Methods: We've introduced a distinct badge for patient responsibility payment methods, making it easier to identify them.
