Summary by Persona (Grouped by Role)

👩‍⚕️ Clinicians / Therapists

  • No direct changes.

🧑‍💼 Admins

  • Admins can use the new Locations dashboard to review revenue, payments, sessions, attendance, and therapist activity by clinic, school, or district. Billing dashboard tables are also more clearly labeled when grouped by place of service.

💳 Billers / Guardians

  • Billers: Practices can review and export location-based billing and activity data, while Billing dashboard tables now clearly distinguish place of service from physical locations.

  • Guardians/Patients: No direct changes.

🚀 New Feature - Locations Dashboard

👥 Audience: Admins of practices with more than one clinic, or that bill schools and districts

🛠️ Steps to Access: Organization → Dashboards → Locations.

📢 What's new?: A new Locations dashboard shows revenue, payments, sessions, attendance and therapist activity for each of your locations, grouped either by where the service happened or by who was invoiced. Pick a period, filter by location type, click a count to open the matching list, and export any tab to Excel. Numbers refresh overnight.

🛠️ Fix - Billing Dashboard Location Tables Are Now Clearly Labeled

👥 Audience: Admins

📅 Date range affected: N/A

❗ Issue: On the Billing dashboard, the "by location" tables were grouped by the place-of-service setting chosen when billing a visit, not by a physical location, which was easy to misread.

✅ Action Steps: None. Those tables are now titled "by place of service", and practices that need numbers by clinic, school or district can ask to have the Locations dashboard turned on.

Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
