๐Ÿš€ New Feature: Automatically Remove Discharged Patients from Caseloads

  • ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Audience: Therapists, Admins
  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Steps to Access: Organization admins can enable this setting by navigating to Edit Organization > EMR Settings and checking the option:
Automatically remove a patient from all caseloads when they are discharged in all disciplines, then saving.
  • ๐Ÿ“ข Whatโ€™s New?: We have added a new feature that enables patients to be automatically removed from all caseloads if they have been discharged in all disciplines. This feature reduces the extra effort required to manually remove a patient from each caseload they are part of when they have been fully discharged.

๐Ÿš€ New Feature: Caseload Access Scoped by Permissions

  • ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Audience: Therapists, Admins
  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Steps to Access: A therapist must have the addPatientToCaseloadOwn and viewCaseloadOwn permissions.
  • ๐Ÿ“ข Whatโ€™s New?: With this new permission, a therapist will only be allowed to view their own caseload and add patients to it. They will not be able to remove patients or edit any caseload details.

๐Ÿš€ New Feature: Resources Visible Only to an Organization

  • ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Audience: Therapists, Admins
  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Steps to Access:ย
    • manageOrgApprovals: allows a user to manage approvals within their organization.
    • assignedOrgApprovals: allows a user to be assigned items for approval that they can index, show, and complete.
ย Once permissions are assigned, users can access the Approvals section from the Organization Admin Dashboard.
  • ๐Ÿ“ข Whatโ€™s New?: When creating or editing a resource, users can decide if it should be available to:ย
    • Only themselves
    • All users within their organization
    • All users on Ambiki
ย If the resource is for organization-wide or public use, it must go through an approval process. Organization-scoped resources must be approved by an org admin; Ambiki-wide resources are reviewed by Ambiki staff.

Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
