🛠️ Fix - Autosave controls repositioned for better editing experience

👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins (anyone editing evaluations, plans of care, discharges, supplementals, assessments, visit notes, etc.. )

❗ Issue: The "Offline" Autosave controls floated over the page in a spot that sometimes covered other items.
✅ Action Steps: None — the controls now appear at the top right of the page like before, but are now nested in the page breadcrumb area and stay visible at the top of the screen while you scroll a long form.

🛠️ Fix - Patient Portal top navigation cleaned up in English and Spanish

👥 Audience: Patient Portal users (families)
📅 Date range affected: Since Spanish was added to the Patient Portal (April 2026)
❗ Issue: We tidied up the Patient Portal top navigation so it lines up cleanly in both English and Spanish, and made sure the notification markers on Documents and Past visits stay clearly on their icons.
✅ Action Steps: No action required.

🛠️ Fix - Appointment reminders now send to all preferred mobile numbers

👥 Audience: Patients, Therapists, Admins
❗ Issue: When a patient had more than one phone number marked "Preferred", only one of them was getting appointment reminder texts.
✅ Action Steps: None. Every phone number marked as "Mobile" and "Preferred" on a patient will now receive the appointment reminder.

🛠️ Fix - Fast Pay marks failed payments as resolved after replacement payment

👥 Audience: Practice admins and billing staff using Fast Pay
🛠️ Steps to Access: No additional permissions required; available for organizations with Fast Pay enabled
📢 What's new?: Fast pay payments that failed or were declined now automatically show as "Resolved" once another payment is recorded on the same invoice, making it easier to see which items have already been handled.

🛠️ Fix - Early intervention treatment reports now show correct Paid status

👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins, Billers reviewing early intervention treatment reports
❗ Issue: We fixed an issue where some early intervention treatment reports were showing the wrong payment status. They will now correctly display as Paid.
✅ Action Steps: No action needed. Affected treatment reports will update to the correct status the next time their payment status is synced.
