Summary by Persona (Grouped by Role)
👩⚕️ Clinicians / Therapists
- Therapists can use the patient Statements page without it becoming unresponsive, see correct service log session dates, find recently added patients more easily, and receive clearer guidance when co-signatures are required.
🧑💼 Admins
- Admins can enable a new Date added column, select multiple Treatability statuses, reopen affected visit notes for co-signature, and see corrected payment balances and secondary claim processing.
💳 Billers / Guardians
-
Billers: Billing staff will see accurate balances after successful payment retries and more reliable secondary insurance claim processing.
-
Guardians/Patients: Authorized signers will see the correct session dates when signing service logs.
🛠️ Fix - Patient Statement Info Button No Longer Freezes the Page
👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins
❗ Issue: We fixed an issue where clicking the Info button on a patient's Statements page could grey out the screen and make the page unresponsive.
✅ Action Steps: None.
🛠️ Fix - Correct Session Dates Appear on Service Log Signature Pages
👥 Audience: Organizations using Service logs
❗ Issue: For repeating appointments, the signature pages could show an older session's date, and the authorized signer's list could show what looked like duplicate sessions.
✅ Action Steps: None. The correct session date now shows everywhere signatures are collected, and the duplicate-looking rows are resolved automatically.
🚀 New Feature - Find Recently Added Patients and Select Multiple Treatability Statuses
👥 Audience: Admins, Therapists
🛠️ Steps to Access: The "Date added" column is off by default — open the column options on the Patients page and enable it. No other setup needed.
📢 What's new?: On the Patients page you can now add a "Date added" column and sort by it to see recently added patients. The Treatability status filter also lets you select more than one option at a time.
🛠️ Fix - Assistant Visit Notes Require the Correct Supervising Provider
👥 Audience: Admins, Therapists
📅 Date range affected: July 8–14, 2026
❗ Issue: When co-signatures were turned off, some assistant visit notes were completed without a supervising provider, which prevented their insurance claims from processing.
✅ Action Steps: An administrator can reopen an affected note for co-signature from the visit note page; once the supervising therapist co-signs, the claim can be resubmitted. Going forward, therapists see a heads-up before signing, and the co-signature setting now has more information.
🛠️ Fix - Successful Payment Retries Update Patient Balances Correctly
👥 Audience: Admins, Billing staff
📅 Date range affected: Credit-card payments that succeeded after an initial failed attempt
❗ Issue: A patient payment that went through after a first attempt failed could still show an outstanding balance on the account, even though the payment was collected in full.
✅ Action Steps: No user action required. The fix applies automatically to future payments; existing affected accounts are corrected via the post-deploy steps below.
🛠️ Fix - Secondary Insurance Claims Process Without a Manual Reload
👥 Audience: Admins, Billers
❗ Issue: Secondary insurance claims for some patients were showing an issue after the primary insurer processed payment, requiring a manual reload to clear.
✅ Action Steps: Any affected secondary claims already showing an issue can be cleared by clicking "Reload Claim File" on the claim. New claims will process correctly without any action needed.
