Therapists can open the school plans page reliably and will see the correct Info guide when working with treatment reports that have multiple insurance invoices.

Admins can access school plans even when a plan is missing its end date, and billing admins at practices using institutional billing can manage institutional claims from a dedicated Billing page.

💳 Billers / Guardians

Billers: Institutional claims can now be reviewed, prepared, submitted, and managed from their own Billing page, and invoice Info guides display correctly on treatment reports.

❗ Issue: The school plans page would not load for some accounts when a school plan was missing its end date.

✅ Action Steps: None. If a school plan shows "N/A" for the end of its period, open it and add the end date.

👥 Audience: Billing admins

🛠️ Steps to Access: Institutional billing is turned on per organization by Ambiki. Users need the permission to manage EDI files.

📢 What's new?: Practices that bill institutional claims can review, prepare, submit and manage those claims from their own page under Billing.

👥 Audience: Billing admins and therapists who use the treatment report's invoice actions

📅 Date range affected: N/A

❗ Issue: On a treatment report with more than one insurance invoice, an invoice's Info guide could also show the guide of another invoice.
