🛠️ Steps to Access: Service logs must be enabled for your organization. Manage authorized signers from Service log management → Authorized signers.

📢 What's new?: Authorized signers (teachers, daycare workers, school staff, etc.) can now sign service log entries from a secure emailed link, no account or login needed. Organizations can assign several patients to a signer at once, and choose which signers receive a daily reminder email to sign. Authorized signers can sign sessions in bulk.

🛠️ Fix - Service Log Signature Emails Go Out with Parent Portal Digest Emails


❗ Issue: For consistency and to not overwhelm inboxes, service log entry signature emails to the patient portal will now go out with the parent portal digest emails.

🚀 New Feature - Bulk Import Patient Documents from Another System


👥 Audience: Admins, Practice Staff

🛠️ Steps to Access: Requires the bulk_document_import Flipper flag enabled for the organization.

📢 What's new?: Staff can now upload a zip file of patient document folders exported from another system. Ambiki will automatically match each folder to the correct patient and let staff review and confirm which files to import before anything is saved to patient records.
