We have fixed an issue where users were seeing duplicate signatures appear in their documentation. This update ensures that only a single, accurate signature displays as expected.

Improved Display Names for Patient Intake Documents
When uploading external intake documents, the original file name is now retained, making it easier to identify documents. Previously, uploaded documents defaulted to a generic name ("Uploaded documents"), but with this improvement, the display name will match the file name used during upload.
