🛠️ Fix - Google Calendar Connects Reliably


👥 Audience: Therapists

📅 Date range affected: Reports began July 16, 2026; possible since Google Calendar sync launched in March 2025

❗ Issue: Some users saw a "Failed to connect to Google Calendar" message when setting up calendar sync, and a failed attempt could sometimes turn off an existing calendar connection.

✅ Action Steps: No action needed. If your calendar is not syncing, open Account Settings, go to Schedule settings, and click Connect to Google Calendar.

🚀 New Feature - Custom Form Layout Editor Available to Everyone


👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins, anyone who designs custom form templates

🛠️ Steps to Access: Available to everyone now.

📢 What's new?: Form template designers can now arrange fields side-by-side instead of the single stacked column. In the form editor, a new Layout designer tab lets you drag fields around, resize their width with buttons or a corner grip, and preview how the form will look to the person filling it out. Existing filled forms keep their original look — changes to a template's layout only affect forms filled out after the change.

🛠️ Fix - Ledger Transaction Group Detail Page Opens Normally

❗ Issue: The ledger transaction group detail page would not open.

✅ Action Steps: None — the page opens normally again.

🛠️ Fix - Facility Invoice Payments Display in a Consistent Order


👥 Audience: Admins, Billers

❗ Issue: We fixed an issue where the ledger detail for a facility invoice with more than one payment could show those payments in an inconsistent order.

✅ Action Steps: None. Affected invoices are refreshed for you after this is released.

🛠️ Fix - Payment Filters Work Together Correctly

❗ Issue: The payments page failed to load when you filtered by patient responsibility together with a date range.

✅ Action Steps: None. The filters work together now.
