Record the audio of your session with Tenalog™, and let our smart system auto-generate a transcript, visit note, error analysis, parent summary, and the next session's plan - empowering you to focus all of your attention during the session on your client.

Here are the notable features included in this release:

  1. Audio Recording: With just one simple step - record your session using Ambiki's HIPAA compliant recorder. That's all Tenalog™ needs to work its magic, enabling you to focus solely on your patient. 
  2. Detailed Transcript Generation: Automatically generates a transcript, complete with precise timestamps and speaker labels, giving you a detailed and organized recap of your session. 
  3. Automatic Error Analysis: Our system can automatically score pronunciation errors at word, phrase, and even phoneme levels, providing you with valuable insights to plan your therapy sessions. 
  4. Auto-Generated Visit Note: With Tenalog™, SOAP notes are created automatically based on the audio transcript and identified errors, including a comprehensive speech sound chart. 
  5. Instant Progress Tracking: Tenalog™ extracts and structures data from each session, tying it back to patient goals for real-time progress monitoring. This includes detailed articulation charts and trial accuracy tracking against patient baselines and targets.
