Ambiki has added new features allowing users easy access to notifications, support tickets, and to provide feedback. These additions provide users with new ways to receive important notifications as well as access to messages which allow users to contact their organization(s) or Ambiki for support or to provide feedback. 
 

A couple additional features that go along with the above are ‘comments’ and ‘mentions’. Users can comment on public feedback or support tickets (and FAQs). Users can mention other users who are public (if using a private profile) or users within their organization if using an organization account. To protect site integrity, a user’s first five comments will require site approval, after which a user will be able to comment without moderation.
