Generate a Superbill

A Superbill is an itemized form for clinical providers which details services provided for a client, so that they can submit it to insurance for potential reimbursement. To create a Superbill on Ambiki:

  • Create a treatment report for your session from your visit note. A treatment report must be created for the session to add it to a Superbill. 
  • Go to the Patient's profile, select the patient, and then click the Payments tab at the top of the page.
  • Click Add a Superbill at the bottom.
  • Select the services that you would like to include on the Superbill. You may need to use the filters to your right to find your treatment report. 
  • Make your selections and click Save superbill. You will be redirected to the Superbill you just created. You can now download or print the document by clicking Print. 

Alternatively, you can also go to Billing->Superbills to generate a Superbill.
