How do I access a ticket I have already submitted?
The easiest way to access a support ticket that has already been submitted is to go to ‘Messages’ on the side bar to the left-hand side of the page (see image below). Here you will see a list of any support or feedback tickets you have submitted. From here, click on the specific message you would like to access. You can also comment directly on this message if you have additional questions.
