To add a credit card to the patient portal as a parent/guardian, ensure you are logged in to Ambiki and on the patient portal dashboard: 

 

 

  

 

 

 


2. Each child has a dedicated section if you have multiple children under your care. To add a payment method for a specific child, click on 'Add a Payment Method' within their respective section. 

 

 

 

 

 

 


3. Enter your credit card details and click on the button labeled ‘Add payment method’ to save the credit card.
