How do I assign someone to a support message 

 
To assign someone to a support message, ensure you are signed in to Ambiki and on the main dashboard: 
  1. In the left navigation, click on ‘Messages’.

2. Choose the support message that you want to assign someone to by clicking on ‘View’.

3. In the ‘Assigned to’ section under message settings, click on the add icon. Click on the drop-down and choose the name of the person you would like to assign the support message to.

4. Click on the button labelled ‘Assign’ to finish.
