If you are an administrator, when viewing the Schedule, you are able to "Check-in" a patient. Checking in a patient will create a notification for the therapist in their account that tells them their patient has arrived. This is NOT the same as taking attendance. Please note you will want to ensure you take attendance. Check-in is used as a notification tool for a clinic based setting to reduce foot traffic in the office.
On the Admin View Schedule, open the patient's scheduled event you would like to check-in. Then click the "Check-in" button. The therapist will then receive the notification.
To receive notifications:
Click on your personal profile icon on the top right > select User settings > Notifications > click on + Schedule > check the box next to An admin checks-in a patient for a session that was assigned to you and select the type of notification you would like to receive > click Update at the bottom right to save.
