We have added helper text to the Aging Report to provide clarity on the basis of the calculations. The new helper text reads:
"The aging report is based on the invoice date. Depending on how your organization does billing in Ambiki, this may not necessarily be the same as the date the claim was sent to the clearinghouse."
This addition helps users understand that the aging metrics are calculated using the invoice date, which may differ from the claim submission date, ensuring more accurate interpretation of the report data.
