We have added new user messaging to the Plan of Care (POC) interface to provide clarity around goal carryover and goal status in Ambiki. This update includes brief descriptions within the UI to explain how goals are carried over and what different goal statuses mean. This enhancement aims to improve user understanding and ensure a more intuitive experience when managing POC goals.
