We are excited to introduce an improvement to our note creation process from the patient profile. With this update, when starting a note from the patient profile, the system will now check for any recent events associated with the patient that do not have a note. The date and time of the most recent unnoted event will be automatically pre-filled, replacing the previous default of the current date and time.
