With this latest update, Ambiki now automatically assigns a discipline to a patient's profile if it is initially absent. This assignment is based on the discipline associated with the Plan of Care (POC) or the initial Evaluation when they are created. Additionally, to maintain the integrity of clinical documentation, the creation of Assessments, Progress Reports, Visit Notes, and Discharges is now restricted until a discipline is assigned. Users attempting to create these documents without a set discipline will receive a notification directing them to update the patient profile appropriately.
