We've released a patch to address the issue of duplicate email addresses in the Patient Portal. With this update, users will receive a polite message when attempting to register or update their email address with an already existing account, greatly improving the overall user experience. Previously, if a user tried to create an account with an email address that was already taken, they would get an error message. Now, we will instead politely inform the user that the email address is already in use.
