We are pleased to announce the resolution of several bugs and the implementation of important enhancements within our platform. With this release, we have addressed the following issues to ensure a seamless user experience:

  1. Patient Portal Login Issues Resolved: We have resolved the login issues reported in the Patient Portal, ensuring that patients can access their accounts and engage with the platform without any disruptions.
  2. Custom Forms Credentials and Disciplines Alignment: We have implemented an enhancement that ensures users have assigned themselves the correct credentials and disciplines within the Custom Forms feature. This alignment guarantees accurate representation and appropriate functionality within the platform. If the assigned credentials do not match the disciplines added to a user's profile, functions related to the discipline will be disabled. This update helps maintain consistency and avoids potential errors or confusion.
  3. Visit Note Update when Goal is Deleted: We have addressed a specific bug where a goal deletion from the Plan of Care was not reflected in the associated Visit Note. With this fix, if a goal is deleted from the Plan of Care, the corresponding Visit Note will now be updated accordingly, ensuring data consistency and accurate documentation.
