In this release, we have added two new smart components that can be used on custom intake forms to simplify collecting patient contact information:
- Patient Email Address
- Patient Phone Number
The smart components automatically populate the entered contact information in the custom form to the patient's profile. This creates a smoother intake process with fewer forms to fill out and less time spent on data entry.
