We are excited to introduce a new feature that empowers organizations with the ability to customize facility invoices according to predefined options. This enhancement provides the flexibility to meet specific requests or requirements for invoice formats demanded by the facilities they serve.

Key Highlights:

On the new page for creating a facility invoice, where users select the facility and specify the service dates (from and to), they will have access to a range of customization options for the invoice format:

Grouping Options:
  • Services can be grouped by school, ensuring clear and organized invoices for facilities covering multiple schools.
  • Alternatively, services can be grouped by therapist, providing a concise overview of the services rendered by each provider.
  • Users can also choose to group services by type, such as evaluations, for better clarity.
Privacy Controls:
  • Organizations have the option to show or hide patient names on the invoices, catering to facilities with specific privacy requirements.
  • Similarly, therapist names can be included or excluded based on the organization's preferences or facility requirements.
Invoice Structure:
  • Users can choose between generating one comprehensive invoice for the entire district or separate invoices for each school, ensuring flexibility and compliance with various facility preferences.
Date and Time Details:
  • For enhanced transparency, organizations can include the time of day along with the date of service on the invoices.
Sorting Preferences:
  • Invoices can be sorted based on date of service, patient's last name, or therapist's last name, providing organizations with the ability to present information in the most suitable format.


With these customization options, organizations can tailor facility invoices to meet the unique requirements of their partners, streamlining communication and ensuring accurate billing information is presented in the desired format.
