We are thrilled to introduce an update aimed at improving user experience on the Patient Index page. In response to feedback, we have removed the action drop-down in favor of placing the two primary actions directly as buttons, making it easier for users to add or import new patients. Users now have direct access to the 'Create Patient'  and 'Import patients' buttons. This change is designed to make the process of creating or importing patient records easier.
