We are pleased to announce the release of improvements to our EDI enrollment process (EDI stands for Electronic Data Interchange. It is a way to send billing information electronically between healthcare providers and payers.). These improvements make it easier for you to enroll in EDI and manage your billing information:
- Show Ambiki system NPI number for each user: Your NPI number is a unique identifier that is assigned to healthcare providers by the National Provider Identifier (NPI) registry. It is required to enroll in EDI. We now show your Ambiki system NPI number on the EDI Enrollment page. This makes it easier for you to find this information when you are enrolling in EDI.
- Show Billing provider information: Your billing provider information includes your billing provider name, address, and phone number. This information is required to enroll in EDI. We now show your billing provider information on the EDI Enrollment page. This makes it easier for you to find this information when you are enrolling in EDI.
We hope these improvements make it easier for you to enroll in EDI and manage your billing information. Thank you for choosing Ambiki. We look forward to serving you with even more improvements in the future.
