With this release, users can now correct electronic claims directly through the billing system when a claim has been processed with a $0.00 payment due to incorrect information. Now, users can edit the underlying claim data (e.g. add a modifier, update patient info) and generate a replacement electronic claim to submit the corrections. This update allows fixing and resubmitting botched electronic claims without resorting to paper claim submissions. Everything can be handled electronically for a streamlined corrections process.
