We are thrilled to announce a major update to the insurance billing process on our platform. The new UI now provides organization administrators the ability to customize their billing information for each insurance company they work with:
- You can now add default service rate charges for each service performed by your therapists and add insurance companies you submit claims to.
- The option to add SFTP credentials for electronic claim submissions is also available for those who prefer to use their existing accounts with insurance companies meaning you can connect to the payers' systems with the information you already have and send the bills directly from your own system.
By default, Ambiki will continue to use our account to submit claims on behalf of our customers.
