We are excited to introduce a series of updates to our intake documents, aimed at providing you with an even smoother and more intuitive experience. Here are some key highlights:
- Improved Visibility Controls: We've refined the visibility controls to ensure that the "Hidden if empty" message now appears only when creating or modifying custom forms.
- Required Fields Cannot Be Hidden: Now, if a field in a form is marked as "required," it cannot be set to "hide if empty."
- Layout Changes for "Goals" and "Plan of care" Components: We've made minor adjustments to the layout of the "goals" and "plan of care" components to ensure that they display messages correctly.
- Terminology Updates: To make your experience more user-friendly, we've updated the terminology in various places
- Instructional Block Changes: This will now be shown while filling out forms but will disappear once the form is completed.
- Toggles, Dropdowns, Radio Buttons Changes: These will disappear after filling out the form if the default option remains selected.
- Short Input, Text Area, Filtered Input Changes: These will disappear after filling out the form if left blank.
- Checkbox Changes: These will disappear after filling out the form if no option is selected.
We believe that these improvements will enhance your experience while using intake documents.
Thank you for choosing Ambiki. We look forward to bringing you more exciting updates.
